Oval Simnel Fruit Cake

The Simnel cake is one of my Dad’s favourites, this tastey Simnel cake is made with rum-soaked fruit, and hand decorated with toasted marzipan. Prefect with a cup of my beloved Yorkshire Tea.

Caramel Filled Easter Selection

This selection of Easter themed caramel-filled chocolates are made by Bettys master chocolatiers using their rich Swiss Grand Cru chocolate and filled with a creamy caramel.

Champagne Truffle Eggs

I feel I may have a hard job stopping Dave stealing this pretty lot of Champagne Truffle Eggs. This selection of milk, white and dark chocolate eggs have been filled using a rich ganache made from Marc De Champagne, before being hand finished with delicate Royal icing flowers.

Milk Chocolate Happy Easter Egg

The Swiss Grand Cru milk chocolate egg has been decorated with piping by a very skilled hand using white chocolate. The piped design is a Bettys classic called the fern, which is complimented by a brushed gold band and piped Royal icing ‘Happy Easter’ message.
